CSHC Senior Presentation Night – Terms of Registration

By registering to attend the Cardinia Storm Hockey Club Senior Presentation Night, all participants agree to uphold the following:

Club Values

• Enjoyment – We aim to celebrate the season in a positive and enjoyable environment.

• Participant Focused – The evening is about recognising and celebrating the achievements of our players, coaches, and members.

• Safe – All attendees are expected to act responsibly and contribute to a safe and respectful environment.

• Inclusive – We welcome all players, families, and supporters, and expect everyone to treat others with respect and inclusivity.

Venue Rules – Pakenham Bowls Club

To ensure the safety of all guests and the preservation of the venue:

1. Bowls Green Rules

   • Do not bring any drinks onto the green at any time. Games will be stopped if this behaviour continues.

   • Shoes that can damage the greens must not be worn.

   • Do not act in any manner that may cause damage to the greens or surrounds.

   • Do not throw or bowl the bowl at excessive speed. Reckless behaviour will result in immediate removal from the rink/green.

2. Alcohol & Beverages

   • No external beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) may be brought onsite.

   • Drinks must not be taken outside the gates of the Pakenham Bowls Club during the event.

3. Smoking

   • Smoking and Vaping is not permitted within the Pakenham Bowls Club.

   • Guests may smoke/vape outside the gates, but drinks are not permitted beyond the gates.

4. Venue Care

   • The venue must be left in good order – in as clean and reasonable state as it is presented.

The club reserves the right to refuse entry or request any attendee to leave if behaviour does not align with these values or rules.
