Listen to what you have to say, take you seriously and let you know what the next steps are
Keep what you say confidential, and only share necessary information
Provide you with helpful information, including how to report a concern and options for professional support
He will also:
Come to the club and check in from time to time
Run education sessions and send out helpful information and resources
Share any new information in relation to the safety of children and young people
(If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will find someone who does and come back to you)
