CSHC Senior Presentation Night – Terms of Registration

By registering to attend the Cardinia Storm Hockey Club Senior Presentation Night, all participants agree to uphold the following:

Club Values

• Enjoyment – We aim to celebrate the season in a positive and enjoyable environment.

• Participant Focused – The evening is about recognising and celebrating the achievements of our players, coaches and members.

• Safe – All attendees are expected to act responsibly and contribute to a safe and respectful environment.

• Inclusive – We welcome all players, families and supporters, and expect everyone to treat others with respect and inclusivity.

Venue Rules – Pakenham Bowls Club

1. Alcohol & Beverages

• No external beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, may be brought onto the premises.

• Drinks must not be taken outside the gates of the Pakenham Bowls Club during the event.

2. Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted within the Pakenham Bowls Club.

• Guests may smoke outside the gates; however, drinks must not be taken outside the gates.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Pizza, Finger food & Dessert will be provided as part of the event. Guests must advise the club of any allergies or dietary requirements when registering. While reasonable care will be taken to accommodate notified requirements, food may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

4. Venue Care

• The venue must be left in good order and in a clean and reasonable condition, consistent with how it was presented to guests.

Behaviour & Compliance

The club reserves the right to refuse entry or request any attendee to leave the event if their behaviour does not align with the Cardinia Storm Hockey Club values, these terms of registration, or the rules of the Pakenham Bowls Club.
